Organic shampoo recipe

This recipe will make you smarter in making shampoo, which will not be only clean but also provides sheen on your hair. All you need is a half cup of plain yogurt, six bags of the organic chamomile tea, and one teaspoon of pure lavender oil. Enter the chamomile tea bag for 15 minutes in boiling water, after cold, take the tea and throw the tea bag, and then combine it with pure lavender oil and plain yogurt. Once composed, the result can you use on your dry hair. Before to rinse off, leave for 10 minutes and make sure that you work with closely to the end.

Organic hairspray recipe

All you need is a lemon and orange, if you want to make organic hairspray by yourself at home. Remove the liquid of fruit by cutting into small pieces, then boiled in 2 cups of water until the solution is reduced. After that, set aside to strain the solution and cool. Now, you have a natural hairspray after you put the liquid into a spray bottle. Make sure you save it in the refrigerator, because the product would be destroyed after a period of five days, and you should not use it anymore.

Besides using organic materials, you also must avoid the chemicals below when you use the chemical shampoos:

1. Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, can cause sores, eye tissue damage, and dermatitis.
2. Phthalates or DBP (DEHP) can cause breast cancer and low sperm count.
3. Imidazolidinyl Urea, can cause skin cancer.
4. TEA and DEA can be carcinogenic when interacting with other materials.
5. Bronopol, can cause cancer and reproductive problems.
6. Paraben, can cause breast cancer.
7. Dimethyloldimethyl Hydantoin (DMDM) can cause the skin to become sensitive.

Braiding Hair Instruction; 7 Steps to Braid Your Own Hair

The long method has made by women to maintain the hair is hair braiding. Many styles of hair braiding were doing in various countries around the world, for example, fishtail braid, Dutch braid, English braid, and French braid. You can use these styles on formal occasions such as weddings, birthday parties, school graduation parties and other casual events. Become an expert in hair braiding can be done with a little good practice and consistent.

Before doing hair braiding, you need to prepare some important things, among others, including rubber bands, ponytail holders, and a wide tooth-comb. You must have the excellent water spray bottle, because this will be needed if you want to build on damp hair.

It would be better to use some kind of spray or gel on fine hair or dry hair before braiding hair, because this will be easy to do. The following is the steps you must follow to braid a person’s hair:

1. Hair should be dried after use of hair spray or gel on the hair to help smooth and soft.
2. To make a pattern established, the hair should be divided among three sections at the beginning of the process of braiding. First, you must put the right side of hair between the thumb and right index finger, middle finger you should let it free and you must put the left side of hair between the thumb and left index finger.
3. To grab use the middle part of the right middle finger. The Right index finger and thumb fingers should be extended so that part of hair becomes the middle part.
4. To attract the middle of the hair behind the left side, you must use the left finger.
5. Then to make the left part the hair into the middle, you should extend your thumb and the left index finger.
6. So that hair is between the thumb and right index finger, you should shift the portion of hair hooked in the right middle finger. This process must be repeated on the left side of hair, you should shift the portion of hair hooked in the left middle finger that was in between the thumb and left index finger.
7. Before you get braids of you wanted, you should be continued this process.

The tip of the Hair must be tied with rubber bands for establishing the center build tight with be pulled along a horizontal line, but do not pull too hard because the hair can cause hair fall. You should know that hair braiding requires practice and patience to learn, because to be good and experts it takes time.
